I reproduced this issue with 0.4+14.10.20140808.2.is.0.4+14.10.20140808.2-0ubuntu1

The output of the 'cat' commands are attached in _proc_1357252.out

When it happens the following lines are displayed in:

qtmir.applications: ApplicationManager::onProcessFailed - appId= "dialer-app" duringStartup= true
ApplicationManager::onProcessFailed - upstart reports failure of application "dialer-app" that AppManager is not managing
qtmir.applications: ApplicationManager::onProcessStopped - appId= "dialer-app"
ApplicationManager::onProcessStopped reports stop of appId= "dialer-app" which AppMan is not managing, ignoring the event

got creds pid 26429 (32011:32011)
cgmanager:do_create_main: pid 26429 (uid 32011 gid 32011) may not create under /run/cgmanager/fs/freezer
