Double notifications

Sometimes, a notification for an old twit is shown again. This happens preferrably for own twits (which aren't notified anymore in the Bazaar version). I don't know whether this bug is truw for other twits as well, should be checked ...

This now always happens for the most recent twit when Twittaré starts. This notification is broken (maybe due to an inconsistency between my masking code (bug #361104) and the notification code, but not necessarily that) and shouldn't be shown anyway.

Now I see that a notification is also shown when a person the user follows deletes a twitt, thereby making an old one most recent. This is then notified, and shouldn't ...

This is fixed because the app now doesn't "add" repeated tweets so it will never notify of an existing tweet.
