Bug Description

When a new twit received, sometimes, the notification don't show the twit info, only shows "New twit" and the picture of the user.

It seems that is an encoding problem. The twit of the previous screenshot is:

Then tried with the next one and could reproduce the bug:

The problem is with the ampersand ("&"). This generally marks the start of an entity, which could produce an error.

Added character maskig to libtwnotification.

The reason for this bug is an inconsistency in twitter.com's code we have to work around!
