We've been using is.gd for a while now, but I've recently made a deal with the owner of ½.ws for implementing his service into TwitKit. This is better because the domain is only one letter (!) and might just make that sentence fit into one tweet.

However, is.gd support should be retained for anti-Unicode OSes. *cough*
