git.launchpad.net cannot display files with spaces

https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual-tests/tree/testcases/image contains many files where the filename contains spaces. When clicking on a link spaces are correctly url encodes as %20 but the file is not displayed.

Example:

https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual-tests/tree/testcases/image/1756_Install%20LicheeRV
does not show the content but an error message "Path not found".

https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual-tests/tree/testcases/image/1699_Install_UEFI
does not have any spaces and is displayed as expected.

Not sure whether this is an issue in cgit itself or whether it's something to do with the way that turnip is calling it (it's conceivable that `CGitScriptResource.runProcess` needs to re-escape something for cgit, I suppose?).
