Bug Description

At apparently random times, and after the display brightness is set, it begins to auto-dim depending on the level of light in the room.

OS: Ubuntu 18.10 'Cosmic Cuttlefish'
HW: Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 14

Ubuntu 18.10 (cosmic) reached end-of-life on July 18, 2019.

Do you still see an issue when using a supported release of Ubuntu?
