Install and configure for Ubuntu in trove

trove-manager.conf contains the outdated setting

cinder_url = http://controller:8776/v1

This should be v3. Experienced stackers look out for such situations, but the install guide should be newbie-friendly.

Same for RDO and OpenSUSE install guides, and the trove-manager.conf.sample file.
