Install and configure for Ubuntu in Trove: API version

cinder_url = http://controller:8776/v1
needs to be:
cinder_url = http://controller:8776/v2
or
cinder_url = http://controller:8776/v3

In the current version of the documentation cinder v1 API is not created. So it makes no sense to configure trove for v1.
