Bug Description
Currently guestagent has a upgrade API, but the implementation for it is missing in upstream trove-guestagent.
In order to support upgrade for the guestagent, we should have a template/script that is executed when guest agent receives upgrade message.
This script should be configurable so that deployment specific upgrade process can be supported.
