Comment 5 for bug 1957060

did some digging in logs at [1] but can't find something yet ... per comment #2 above i focused initially on neutron container logs ... there are plenty of errors but they are also in a 'good' centos8 job - I used [2] for comparison

I checked the compute and controller logs too... one interesting thing I found was that controller2 rabbit has some issue [3]:

and it repeats several times (but only once in the 'good' log :/)
