pacemaker updates in centos are specially tricky because subpackages are splited between appstream and ha repos, so they need to be synced together. If any of the sync process from central centos repo to the mirror used to sync to AFS or from mirror to AFS is not done simultaneously we can get this issue until the synchronization is complete.
