Proposed patch to pin barbican to working commit:- https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdoinfo/+/34225.
As sqlalchemy update to 1.4.18 https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/rdoinfo/+/34221 is not compatible with promoted barbican commits. Also watcher and gnocchi have issues with 1.4.18. So until barbican get's a backward compatible fix and watcher and gnocchi are adopted to 1.4.18 updated needs to be held.
