The "undefined method" is usually a red herring, I believe Michele fixed it in Master, probably not backported yet.
The fact that mysq_init_bundle did not finished after 300minutes is usually indicative that it waited indefinitely for rabbitmq to start. I'm going to check the cluster logs to find out why.
