Comment 2 for bug 1889553

I am not sure yet if this is _done_ (in which case I don't know how/what fixed it), or if it will still appear/is happening sporadically.

Since the bug was filed we had a master promotion and I can't find examples of this so I think it is fix released... looking at [1] (jobs reference in the description) can't find examples of this today.

However I can't mark fix-released as it is duplicate will comment on original too
