Comment 8 for bug 1887176

in fact as far as i can see in [1] it doesn't even get as far as the update tasks. Looks like the fail is coming from [2]

The step2 tasks [3] don't really tell us much (we already know rabbit_init_tasks are failing).

One big unanswered thing for me is still - why do we see this bug using mistral only? It seems strange that rabbit/mnesia upgrades: is happening and failing here but only with mistral.
