Comment 7 for bug 1887176

WRT why rabbitmq 3.8.x on train - looks like we get that from delorean-deps [1] which points us to the centos8 messaging repos [2] and right now and AFAICS that is in fact the only version available there.

So I think we can say it's quite likely we're not updating rabbit, but the update tasks are being executed and they may be trying to update _something_ or run some migrations... I haven't digged there yet I'll see if I can understand which update task(s) might be causing this.
