Description

When running `openstack tripleo container image prepare default`, the generated file references CentOS 7 containers. This causes the undercloud (and probably overcloud as well) deployment to fail.
Steps to reproduce
==================
Generate containers-prepare-parameters.yaml and add it to undercloud.conf in container_images_file. Then try to deploy the undercloud with `openstack undercloud install`.
Expected result
===============
Deployment should succeed
Actual result
=============
Deployment fails with errors in zaqar and ironic due to unmatching environments.
