Description
===========
The generated containers-prepare-parameters.yaml references CentOS7 container on CentOS8. This causes the undercloud (and probably overcloud) deployment to fail.

Steps to reproduce
==================
Run `openstack undercloud install` on a clean CentOS8 with Train.

Expected result
===============
Deployment should succeed

Actual result
=============
Deployment fails with errors in zaqar and ironic due to unmatching environments.

Environment
===========
Train on CentOS 8 (https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos8-train/current/)

CentOS8 w/ train is not ready yet but in plan. :)
