So this CI job has been good in that it's flushing out issues people will probably hit in the field and we can fix them before they do.
Yes, it's non-voting (multinode jobs are less stable so that means they don't block) but at the same time it's valuable because it's testing the more likely scenario (a separate undercloud) and finding things that standalone jobs don't find.
