Comment 5 for bug 1776550

So I have this once so far (in a dozen of runs). I wonder if indeed this is a case that during the controller scaleup testing I am overloading the undercloud a bit and it has a hard time coping with it. Maybe an extension of the timeouts is all that is needed here.
