Comment 2 for bug 1702134

swift_config is using the ini_file version of openstack_config (from puppet-openstacklib) and the recent change to the upstream puppetlabs-inifile has changed set_value from taking 3 parameters to 4 parameters. We may need to pin inifile to the last currently released version rather than following master
