The version of eventlet in TripleO is maybe to high: python2-eventlet-0.20.1-1.el7.noarch

Versus what is suggested by Neutron:
eventlet!=0.18.3,<0.21.0,>=0.18.2 # MIT
https://github.com/openstack/neutron/blob/master/requirements.txt#L10

So are we provided a too recent version of eventlet? Probably another theory.
