@Yuko - Looking at the latest and greatest implementation, it looks like the alignment issue has been fixed. IMO, I don't think we need the column headers you've suggested considering how simple the table is. I'd like to keep the visual distractions minimal if possible. There has recently been the addition of filtering by name and group along with a total number of validations to this header to ground it a bit more.

What are your thoughts?

My suggestion is to close this bug.
