Changed the error messages reported from verifyPortAvailable() and listenToPort as warning instead of errors.
Fix for bug #1409229

After discussing with Arvind felt that we should keep the error logging intact in ListenToPort() otherwise we would be masking any genuine errors. So, have revertted back the changes in that method.
