Time-Drive is being run from this crontab:

@daily nice -n 19
/home/stan/Desktop/time-drive-0.2/timedrive/timedrive-backup.py >
/dev/null 2>&1

According to my research, cron only sends messages via postfix.
Consequently, I have set up a local mail account on Thunderbird to catch
such output. I will remove the redirection from the crontab, and
reactivate Time_Drive's smart remove. Tonight we will see whether this
yields any usable mail messages.
