Reproduced in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 95% of the cases PC comes with OEM Vista. The other 5% are low-end laptops with XP(approx. 3,5%) or FreeDOS(1,5%). Not a single linux. And they refused to give me refund for Vista.

Actually it's so bad that the majority of PC users think that "In order for computer to work it must have Microsoft Windows installed".
