Are you joking? None of the fancy nick-name, frequency searches work, the alpha searches produce gibbled results! The sidebar list is out of order. The whole thing is a broken down, useless wreck! A simple alpha search on "Display Name" would at least give us something to work with. Start listening with full attention, please!
