In the folder tree pane of the 3-pane mail interface, there is an item on the
context menu for folders called "Mark Folder Read". If you select/open a
folder, then use the context menu item, it works. But if you leave one folder
open/selected and try to use the "Mark Folder Read" context menu item on a
different folder, it has no effect.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Auto filter or junk mail control puts an unread message in a folder other
than Inbox, and your currently selected/viewed folder is Inbox.
2. Right click the other folder and select "Mark Folder Read" from context menu.
3. Messages in that folder which were unread remain unread.

Actual Results:
Nothing.

Expected Results:
Unread mails in that "other" folder should have been marked read

The easy workaround is of course to actually select/open the folder first, then
use the mark folder read function on it.
