I already found a small issue with this patch:

- start TB with '-calendar'
- switch to mail mode manually

Actual Result:
- no folder is selected and application title does not change

Expected Result:
- Inbox or 'overview page' of main account should be selected and app title should change to "Inbox - Thunderbird" or something else

Any ideas how to handle this???
