Observed behavior:
    Import from CSV.
    Assign field for LastName and FirstName
   Choose not to import DisplayName (does not exist in file)
   Import.
    DisplayName is blank.

Expected behavior:
   DisplayName would be populated with the combined "FirstName LastName" or
  "LastName, FirstName"
