Thunderbird in Lucid does not respect the setting for sending emails when set to "ask me*" when going from offline>online
When checking "Tools>Activity Manager" It does not show up as sending emails.
As I recall this happened with stable Thunderbird-3.0 version as well
Since the activity manager fails to tell me if it is sending them im not sure if it is sending or not.
This is a regressions since it worked fine on Thunderbird-2.0*
