If I'm reading LXR correctly, this was trunk-only -- won't be useable until TB 3.0 unless someone nominates this patch for the 1.8.1 branch.
I'm not sure it matters, tho, since the extension doesn't seem to work even on the trunk. Using TB 3a1-0520, Win2K, the extension installs fine but the Reply To List toolbutton and menu item are not enabled when I select a message with a valid List-Post header.
Note: the disabled toolbutton doesn't display as greyed; but when hovered over, it doesn't show a pushbutton border like the other items. Since the menu item is always greyed, I'm assuming that means the button is disabled as well -- certainly clicking on it does nothing.
