Extension to implement a Reply To List UI
I was kind of hoping for more comments on my patch, but I'll grant that my current testing procedure is rather lame. So here's my long-promised extension implementing my vision of a possible Reply To List UI. This should make it easier to evaluate the patch.
The extension's not perfect - in particular, it only works if you have the preview pane enabled - but it's a start. Other comments welcome.
