Some issues:
 o still some updating issue, get locked into the latest reply mode especially in the expanded headers mode going from account to account
 o when reading news where List-Post is available - like the mozilla newsgroups - should give reply to list as default option?
 o "reply to list" when my address isn't in the to/cc addresses replies to sender, not List-Post (or to)
