Use the aUrl to handle news and handle when I'm bcc:ed.

Brian, I haven't had a lot of time last month, but this month looks a little more free. Here's the latest patch I have, which seems to fix the problems Magnus mentioned, albeit not in a super-clean way.

Specifically, I don't think this is the best way to tell if a message is sent exactly to me or not, but it seems to work in the cases I've tested, and I couldn't find a better way.

If Sid0 has some time to help me out with some code reviews/questions on IRC, I would love to continue working on it.

(I'm also going to post a patch that adds the reply-to-list button, which is based on this patch, to hopefully get comments on it as well.)
