This is looking really good! The default button change is going to be great.

I wouldn't change the reply button to a regular button though, it makes it resize (at least on win/lin) strangely and I think the effects will be odd. See my Comment #155 for more about that and what a regular reply button looks like.

Beyond that I think we'd be ready for some code reviews.
