Renato, you should always differ between Reply (to author), List-Reply (followup) and Reply-All. There should be possibility to reply to sender, e.g. for off-topic informations.

I kinda wonder why replies to mail with Mail-Followup-To go to sender, while without the header they go to the list. Do you have some extension installed?
