@Renato: I guess this is quite out of the scope of this bug. The difference between the two messages is probably the "Mail-Followup-To:" header that is only present in one of them (for whatever reason).

This can be handled (better) _when_ TB distinguishes between followup and reply. You should probably file a new bug for your specific problem.
