At the moment it's like this:

- In Thunderbird 1.5 with patch applied and EnigMail installed, ReplyToList works.
- In Thunderbird 2.0 you don't need EnigMail, but:
  * Either you turn on "Show All Headers", then you can use ReplyToList version 2.*
  * or you add "List-Post" to mailnews.headers.extraExpandedHeaders in about:config, then you can too use ReplayToList version 2.*
  * or you can use ReplyToList version 3.0, where don't need to set "Show All Headers" or extraExpandedHeaders, but this version just works with POP and not with IMAP (yet), which is considered a bug and should be fixed sooner or later.
