No dont use feisty packages in edgy. Thunderbird is almost impossiblet o use between versions like using feistys in edgy due to libc6 depends. We are unable to backport firefox and thunderbird as they dont meet the requirments. I will talk to Alexander(our mozilla maintainer) and see if he minds if i build an unofficial build for edgy and post it to my server. but if i do and you use it
1. you will get no support for it since it is unofficial
2. Upgrading thunderbird will not happen correctly. (example: if a security patch comes out for edgys thunderbird you will have to remove mine to install ubuntu;s version.
3. I will not keep up with security builds with the unofficial version.

With that stated let me know if you still want the build.
