This makes the search code smart enough to look in the msg hdr for arbitrary/custom header values. This works as long as the mailnews.customDBHeaders pref includes the arbitrary/custom header. Now I have to figure out how to make that happen automatically for filters and views on custom headers, or get them in the db somehow...
