Hi James,

    They stuck it under "Mail and Newsgroup Account settings".

--Open a mail window
   --click on "Mail and Newsgroup Account settings"
     --click on the name of the account in question
        --look for a click box, under the signature section called
           "Compose messages in HTML format"

  Configure each account seperately.
