Trying to rename a folder to its current name with some letters having a
different case (f.e. changing "mozilla" to "Mozilla") gives the error "A folder
with that name already exists.".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a folder called "mozilla" under "Local Folders".
2. Right-click the folder and select "Rename Folder".
3. Change the name of the folder to "Mozilla" and click "OK".

Expected Results:

The name of the folder changes to "Mozilla".

Actual Results:

The error message "A folder with that name already exists." appears.

Tested On: Linux nightly 2001-07-24
