You are running 1.90 + bzr revisions up to 1705, so you already have all the latest transparency fixes (provided you are running the unstable terminator package) as far as I can tell.

Also, this is the upstream of Debian; if you want something adding in to the distribution you should really be asking them.

If you are running unstable, but are still seeing issues, you should really raise a new ticket (here in the upstream project is fine) specific to your issue. I got as far as I possibly could with this ticket, fixing everything that was borked on my install.
