This fixes those wacky transparent scrollbars for Ambiance.
I do have one strangeness with this still. If the profile is set to use the colours from the system theme, then I get a nasty effect. When configuring a terminal later on, we retrieve the system colours from the vte widget. But at the time we are generating this CSS, no widgets have been created. I tried initing an unused, unseen vte terminal, but it seems that defaults to giving back black, and not whatever the system colour is.
