Hi Matt, Egmont.

I think I'd like suggest the following going forward.

You may have noticed there is now the trunk series (one day will be 1.0) and a gtk3 series (one day will be 2.0). You will also see that as and when I do fixes/features, I've added them to both branches. It turns out it's not too hard to fix the other one once you figure how to fix the first, and is fairly minimal additional effort. It's actually also a backdoor way to start learning the gtk3/gi way of doing things.

So I'd suggest we keep gtk2 for now as the older fallback, and gtk3 for those who are rocking up-to-date systems. I'm curious how stable existing API's are now post 0.38? Is the API still breaking backwards compatibility, or can we rely on Terminator working in the future with newer libs without changes? I know, that's usually the 1.0 release.... right? Hey Egmont, when are you going to release 1.0? :-D
