Comment 32 for bug 1030562

Honestly, I got the bare minimum functionality that I need from terminator working with vte-0.34, and have been happily using that ever since. I can check that into the repo I created and mentioned in comment #29, but it's got vast areas of functionality that just don't work, but I don't care since I never use it :)

I don't really run Fedora anywhere now, so I'm not on the latest GNOME, but I may try and see if I can build it for CentOS7, so I may pick this up again.

Honestly, Egmont, What little I tried of it on Fedora worked great, and I really think you should see if you can pull it into master (or Mainline, or HEAD or whatever terminology bzr uses), and release that. Bugs will get found and fixed quickly.
