Icon in the left unity sliding menu signaling 1 new message. But the message is already been read.
Reboot of the device will not clear the notification.

BQ E45 r26, Telegram v2.4.0.

Same here. Also add that the sticky new messages indicator on the dash icon changes when new messages arrive, always showing the last x new messages. So if you receive 2 messages and read them, the 2 remains until new message arrives, showing then 1. If three new messages arrive, the 3 took the place, and so on.

For me, the overlay indicating the number of new message(s) is cleared after reading the message IF the app is accessed from the left unity sliding menu, but if I access the app from the notification menu at the top, the number is NOT cleared even after the message is read.

Hi Valtouch
Would you be able to share what your reproduce steps are where you are seeing this issue?

I am currently using Aquaris E4.5, 20160524.1, OTA-11 and I am unable to reproduce this.

Thanks.
