Bug Description

Version: 1.1.2.95

Steps to reproduce:
 * Ubuntu Phone app signed in and configured for push
 * Second client configured for account (e.g. web/desktop - tested with OS X desktop)
 * Background app on phone and make sure not being read by other client
 * Send message to account
 * Note that a push notification is received on phone and badge incremented (don't read)
 * Read the message on the desktop client
 * Open the Telegram app on the phone

Expected result:
 - App correctly shows no unread messages
 - Badge is reset correctly

Actual result:
 - App correctly shows no unread messages
 - Badge will not be reset to correct value until some other message interaction happens on the client

I confirmed this will require Telegram sending us "read" push notifications. Something we can certainly do, but not just yet.
