Comment 1 for bug 1510583

Not everyone have a big mobile data volume. I am belong to them too. Today I tried Telegram the first time and a friend of mine send some images in a chat and it consumes 1/5 of my data volume for this month. Thats not so great on the first day of the month :-/

Please add a setting where you can choose if bigger data (image, movies, ...) is downloaded always, only over WLAN, or if the user should select which data is downloaded.
